UK MAIN LAND ONLY

 

We use Royal Mail and other reputable courier companies depending on the size of your order so we rely on them for speed of shipping and quality of delivery particularly during periods of postal and courier industrial disputes. If you have any questions relating to your order, please Contact us.  We will do our best to help.

Order before Midday Monday to Friday and we will ship your order the same day. 

Royal Mail or equivalent 48 hour Tracked; Signed for service (3-5 working days for delivery):£4.95 (Free on orders over £50) 

Royal Mail or equivalent 24 hour Tracked; Signed for service (1-2 working days for delivery):£5.95

Royal Mail or equivalent Special Delivery; Signed for service (Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm Monday to Friday): £9.45

Royal Mail or equivalent Saturday Delivery; Signed for service (Guaranteed Saturday delivery): £17.95; Please note we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery to Jersey, Herm, Sark and Alderney

 

Important Delivery Information

  • These timings cannot be guaranteed to BFPO numbers.

  • Royal Mail 48 and 24 hour delivery times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail, we will do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated.  Please note however that there are occasions where factors outside of our control can affect delivery.

  • On every order, customers will be sent a tracking code where the delivery status can be seen on the courier's own website or app. 

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. If you have given us an incomplete address, the wrong address, or if you are not in when delivered to provide a signature, your order is unlikely to arrive on time.

  • All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only (except public holidays). Any orders placed after midday Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day (Working days are Monday-Friday).

  • Special deliveries . Royal Mail guarantee to attempt delivery by 1pm the next working day - exceptions apply to some addresses.  Please see below.

  • Saturday deliveriesRoyal Mail guarantee to attempt delivery on a Saturday - exceptions apply to some addresses.  Please see below.

  • Postcode information for Special and Saturday deliveries:
    Royal Mail deliver throughout the UK. However, there are certain delivery restrictions in particular areas:

    • Royal Mail deliver by 5.30pm the next working day in the following postcode areas:

      • AB30 - 39, 41 - 45, 51 - 56; HS1, 3 - 9; IV21 - 28, 40 - 49, 51 - 56; KA27, 28; KW1 - 3, 5 - 15; KW16 Stromness Town only
        PA20 (0&9); PA28 - 38, 41 - 49, 76, 77; PH15, 17 - 26, 31 - 40, 49, 50; ZE1

    • Royal Mail deliver within two working days by 5.30pm to the following postcodes areas:

      • HS2; JE; PA60 - 75, 78; ZE2, 3

    • Royal Mail deliver within three working days by 5.30pm to the following postcode areas:

      • KW16 - non Town; KW17; PH30, 41 - 44

PLEASE NOTE: We can investigate delays 14 working days following your order dispatch date in line with Royal mail delay policy. Some couriers will require a form to be completed as proof.

RETURNS

We want all of our customers to experience the highest level of service at  PAWFECT  PUP.

 

At  PAWFECT PUP  we are really driven to ensure excellent customer focused service and care for our  clients, both of the furry and the human kind!

We will always strive to make sure you are happy with your experience with  PAWFECT PUP  and its products. We think you will love your order as much as we have loved creating it, however if you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help.

 

IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase if your product is faulty. We will issue a full refund back to your original method of payment upon receipt of the item back to us and we will reimburse any postage costs incurred.  

IF YOU HAVE SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND

If you have simply changed your mind then we will accept the return within 14 days of purchase providing it is in a 'as new' condition with all of its product packaging intact and unopened.   It should also be returned in its original postal box packaging if possible.  We will refund back to your original payment method upon receipt of the item.  The refund will not include any return postage costs or the original postage cost.

 

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN 

To return a product, please send us an email with your order number explaining why you wish to return your item/s. We will reply giving you instructions as to what to do. If you have any additional questions, please contact us using the contact page or email us. We will do our very best to help.
