Each scoopie is beautifully crafted into adorable shapes making them both visually appealing and luxuriously fragrant. Each one also includes a charming wooden scoop for easy handling.
Handcrafted in my home kitchen, these wax melts feature an irresistible blend of fragrances that are pawfect for creating a snug ambiance with your pup. The following tips should be helpful in allowing you to get maximum burning time from your candles.
- Place on a Level Fire and Heat Resistant Surface
- Trim the Wick to 5mm before every lighting
- Use Long Matches or a Lighter
- Melt the Wax Fully Across on the first burn (full melt pool to avoid tunnelling which will reduce the life of the candle)
- Avoid Drafts
- Burn 4 Hours Maximum
- Don't Blow Out the Flame
- Don't Extinguish with Water
- Use a candle snuffer or suffacate the flame with the lid
- Cool Before Reusing
- Cover When Unused
- Enjoy!

Important Delivery Information
- These timings cannot be guaranteed to BFPO numbers.
- Royal Mail 48 and 24 hour delivery times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail, we will do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated. Please note however that there are occasions where factors outside of our control can affect delivery.
- On every order, customers will be sent a tracking code where the delivery status can be seen on the courier's own website or app.
- Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. If you have given us an incomplete address, the wrong address, or if you are not in when delivered to provide a signature, your order is unlikely to arrive on time.
- All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only (except public holidays). Any orders placed after midday Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day (Working days are Monday-Friday).
- Special deliveries . Royal Mail guarantee to attempt delivery by 1pm the next working day - exceptions apply to some addresses. Please see below.

PLEASE NOTE: We can investigate delays 14 working days following your order dispatch date in line with Royal mail delay policy. Some couriers will require a form to be completed as proof.

IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase if your product is faulty. We will issue a full refund back to your original method of payment upon receipt of the item back to us and we will reimburse any postage costs incurred.
IF YOU HAVE SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND
If you have simply changed your mind then we will accept the return within 14 days of purchase providing it is in a 'as new' condition with all of its product packaging intact and unopened. It should also be returned in its original postal box packaging if possible. We will refund back to your original payment method upon receipt of the item. The refund will not include any return postage costs or the original postage cost.
